what are they smoking

what are these contractors for directv on, they exspect the techs to foot materials, gas , and whatever else they may need to install dtv systems and in return the techs has to wait 4-6 weeks to get a first check, i dont know about them but i have kids and bills to worry about to be doing that. its just another way for them to mess you over on your pay if you quit or get fired
