You have some of it. Both CATV & SAT companies use "traveling techs" of one kind or another. "Fulfillment" is a term in the sat world. Both = down & dirty, turn & burn, git 'er done....FAST!

The pendulum swigs between DO IT RIGHT and then  DO IT NOW, FAST!

Neither group follows the same specification.
