That could be the way it is.....OR.....the gods, DirecTV and the U Knightted States Govermint are powerless to stop them.
It has been at least ten years since I heard a QC  tech explain they had lost a pallet of TIVOs in the warehouse and the corporate response was to make up the loss through charge backs. It is not that bad people steal that concerns me. I worry that it has been the same bad people.

 They are winning.
