i had a tech call me one day about a emta that keeps flashing all lights. well i pull up and get to the back of the house and c the tech on the customer owned alum ladder at the roof checking signal (metal roof) . the tech gets hit with 90 to 100 volt . i asked tech why r u not using ur ladder. the reply was i didnt want to go back to my truck and this one was here. i told tech to come down and get other ladder.  the reply to this was let me finish up here first, after getting shocked was dump enough to want to try it again. with that bn said the tech is no longer with our company. i tell all my guys that they all have someone that cares about them, so do everything u can to get back home to them
