Charter is notorious for /requiring that YOU fix the last persons fuckup, at your expense, even if it is disco.....I tried to stay at home and work in a Charter system, until that shit....Can you say retainer? where was QC?...I dont work for free....the cable industry is nothing but a scam anyway and getting worse....needless to say, I unloaded my truck and said c ya.....they put EVERYTHING on you, the contractor because YOU accept it..Until you make a stand, quit yer bitchin', because they dont care..When is the last time a cable company did something for you in  a positive fashion? Even listened? That is why  got out of CATV and into phone...It is a different animal......should have done it years ago......They are greedy lying coporate assholes and could give less than a shit about you...
