I was waiting to find someone on here who was going to ask SNR.... It just shows how much everyone knows in basic trouble shooting with docis modems.
I bet its high 58/59 and it goes offline when the signal falls.
Every tech first needs to call the tech support and get levels if they didnt invest in a docis modem meter.
