just know they sell Directv to customers ship equipment to customer and then hope to find someone to install for them sometimes lucky to and most offen not
I have a few customers of my own that did that thinking my retail shop was installing it in which we dont were not set to do that type of fulfillment.
I dont know of anyhting really bad except they dont have their own techs.
