Betcha its a Ma & pa outfit!!! I work for one and had a 30-40 amp cascade with old ,old Jerrold 330 amps and they where trying to pump 450 thru it ,I had inputs of -10 and they couldn't figure out why they had snowy pictures, ha ha , I finally convinced them to run fiber which helped greatly and tried talking them into replacing the amps but their arms where to short and pockets to deep, finally after a couple of years of losing customers they came to me and ask me what to do,changed them all out to Motorola 750 and they have virtually no service calls now (except drops Now) and their even getting customers back. These Small outfits want all profit and with no investment.
