That is not all true.  It depends what district you are in.  We top out at $20.00.  Will top out after 2 years (ex... start at $16.00... will receive $1.00 pay increase every 6 months) After 2 1/2 years time and title you can transfer to another position if a position is available.  Plus as much overtime as you want.  Uverse techs are pole to house... i/r handles everything in between.  They are not going away.
