Yeah, after their countries have been over run and it's too late. Some of the Netherlands used to have real open immigration and shared their countries resources with the "new citizens" in the hopes of promoting a diversity of cultures mixing, only to find that they stay in enclaves of their own and use up a majority of the social services offered. Sound familiar ????
