Good question and the answer will be changing.
"Ghosting" has been going on forever. Operators will use a non active (read quit or fired) number as a temporary way of getting a new tech on the street that day. I too would like to see what happens when a ghosted tech robs a customer while on the phony number.
The other issue I would like to see is what information is on the background check. Who do they ask? For a credit application you can verify info but these cheapie checks????
Good question!
Joe
