The meat is better and the work is less on smaller ones. Like I say, we can't keep them that size. The have to be smaller, like a spike for fork or bigger than 53 inches on the rack or have 3 brow tines on either side. And I am with you, I don't hunt anything for the trophy. Purely the meat.
