well his penetration is what? Can't be modems or phones. Not without some kind of way to break up the cascades. The return will never hold all the customers more than 2000 to a card and most are trying to get it down to 200 or 250 on the cmts. The noise alone has to be a nightmare if he doesn't have a hybrid system. If he is just getting tv then ok. With that amount of subs he should be looking for more things to sell those customers. Fiber will help with that. But he will figure it out.
