Tell them to check with corporate.
Have been doing upgrades off and on as a contractor for Comcast for years, and from 750mhz and up, p2/dynafoam will not sweep to spec. Every Comcast system I have worked in has had to replace all dynafoam to sweep. They should know this, and if they don't past upgrades in Comcast systems will verify the cost to replace.
