1st off.. if you are an endependant contractor.. DONT sign the non comp.. its simple.. make them aware of that. 2nd off.. as an independant contractor.. you work for yourself not them. All of what your saying makes them your EMPLOYER. tell them to pay your gas, maint. taxes etc.
