Regardless, States Attorney will use the footage that shows the rider breaking the law (several times) versus the initial mistake of the undercover not identifying himself as law enforcement before drawing his weapon. Bottom line, dude was going over 120 MPH in a 55mph zone, doing wheelies. The only smart thing this kid did was pull over. Most jackasses pin it and try to outrun the State Boys.. only to have their remains scraped off the pavement with a shovel.. Have yet to see a bike that can outrun a radio.
