Its really kinda sad, ya know. Its not the guys' fault- he's new. The supies and managers are soooo busy scratching their heads, trying to make ends meet that they overlook the most basic and primary function of an installer's job- to go home safely. There are so many ways to get hurt out here, even when you know the right way, there is absolutely no excuse for letting a rookie out untrained.
