I swept GI and SA to a gig and they used a 12 dB tilt. 860, 870 you should use 10 dB tilt.

Good luck, what your probably up against is known as "passive roll off". It is just a fact of life. When your sweeping to the higher freq's it becomes more and more noticeable. Changing connectors, splitters and DC's is just going to waste time and money.
