While I am not disagreeing with the idea that they are a member of the 'fec' I will disagree with the premise that they are controlled.. Note the letter to villaraigosa from Az. Corporation commission. Furthermore, the false idea that the fed rules is increasingly becoming mainstream. Control, Is quickly becoming out of control... Clearly if the plug were pulled it could come down to a scotus battle regarding interstate commerce, but, that said an official boycott by a governmental body affecting an entire states revenue could make it a big field to hoe...
