IN addition,
Send them a letter / invoice showing all checks paid to you. Deny any knowledge of an arrangement for cash payments for anything. IF you have WOs or some proof you worked days that were not paid...you got them.
Small Claims court or the labor board,,,but just the threat of legal action often gets things moving.
