In 79 , Phoenix we had 50 pwr sup hit in one night , 150 batteries at $80 ea, they where using them in their low riders, all ug pwr sup. I think one of the engineers was in on it he was a Mexican and wanted the location of all the stand bys after we got done installing them. the cops caught a few low riders with them in it.
