Well freedonnie I think you see the reality of the situation. They want to use whoever to do a good job and with no contract so they can change the verbal agreement and win the argument on both sides. They make no committment of specifics in a specific contract and want to change everything as you go along. Thats the real reason for all these vague contracts and also the reason for all the sloppy work.
