Im assuming that they plan to shut the doors and start up anew.  Had heard they had problems with other ventures as well.  Could be they just made some bad investments and decided that was their best plan of action..  Either way a company that is a corporation or LLC can file bankruptcy and the owners can walk away from the law suit.  The majority of this companies techs were employees driving their own vehicles.  What good is a judgement against a company with no assets that is no longer in business.  Filing bankruptcy before the law suit has been ruled on makes it easier for creditors to get assets first.  Whatever their motives the techs are looking to get the shaft.
