Damn!!!That sucks. Yeh, I've never gotten mine that hot, and hot is not good. If your doing all your calibration and the beacon is in the right position, and your clock is still wrong.  You might have to take it to Ditch Witch, that sucks too. But, they'll send it back to the factory, to have looked at, about a two week turn around. Sorry couldn't help you.
