Hope your son had a great 21st birthday, my youngest daughters was the 21st also, I think you just doing anything with him would be the greatest gift.. I worked 5 years with develpomentally disables adults, you know these people are next to god a have an understanding that we do not possess.. Sounds like you are doing a great job and have raised him well, keep up the good work, love and help him learn, be his advocate and the rest comes with time...
