If Charter wants to save some cash, they should talk to the guy that wrote the contract for Cox in New Orleans. Whoever wrote that contract is a genius. Ruthless, but a genius none the less. This person created many revenue generators to milk off of the contractors.
Kinda reminds me of the way the Federal reserve system is set up.
