You are right 2157, I think it takes someone that has worked for a Union to know what it takes to be Union. Some people want everything for nothing, untill that changes there will never be organization in this trade. I dont know of a Union around that will even consider barganing with a company untill people look at the big picture in life like Pension and insurace and taking care of your family after you are gone.
