I recently had been reprimanded for charging a customer to locate there dog fence. I always believed that it was the customers resposability to locate all private utillities. Seems to me that if you have a dog fence and you want your cable line buried then you would have to pay to have the line located. I was only charging $50. Quite a deal I think. Just wonder if anyone else out there has had this problem. I know in the past b4 I bought a locater I had to repair or pay for the repair of the fence. Just seems like the contractor getting the raw end of the deal to me!
