Try this spec sheet. Then contact SA, C-Core, or some other line gear company and see if they will send you a pocket field guide. I never go to work with out one. Even after 25 years in the biz I still refer to it. If you can't get anyone to send you one search the net for a CATV trade show near you you can always pick one up there for free.
