cable, check your signal level on all transponders, set yourself a standard that your comfortble that it will work under most conditions, and for the love of god remove your splitters and dont use rg59 wire. Make sure your using the same standards when running cable that you would on your own house.
leave a good impression with the customer so they are more not apt to make a complaint, give the customer a few choices how things can and should be done so that they are taking part responsibility for how your install is done.
the only real valid point ive seen here is this statement, You just keep those fingers crossed...Like I said the only charge backs I have ever occured are from customer's not staying with their contract.. we are installers and if we do are job and we are not at fault for a customer leaving the services, why should we be held responsible, our service should not be free, as far as i am concerned this should be illegal.
