Well lets see, 3,380 hours for 77,000 comes out to 22.5 an hour without overtime pay.  Thats prolly 17 or 18 dollars an hour with no benefits.  Tell me one other contractor that works for that.  Call a plumber out to your house.  80.00 just for them to show up.
