I'm quoting what the thread starter posted. 1st off if he read that and signed it then he's just plain clueless. 2nd, anybody that puts that in a contract is an out and out thief. You always pay what you owe. That's why we carry GL insurance. So that if we cause damage you put in a claim and get your $$$$. Why should the prime be allowed to circumvent legal proceedure and subs are not ????? Huh, tell me please, what makes them better.
