None taken, I have been on both sides of the fence myself. I was a retailer in Memphis for over 5 years, I ran the HSP in Memphis for about 5 years..I worked for a HSP as an installer , QC, and manager. Got about 24 years in the telecommunications business. If I worked for a HSP now, I would still make my phone call to the IVR...I just know that there is no one out there better prepared to take care of myself , better than me......I don't depend upon anyone for anything...
