I am using a cheep way to balance my return path, 5-40mhz, using a meter at the head end with a video of the meter outputting to a TV channel and sending a return signal up to the head end and viewing it on a TV.
This is a pain and I am not real happy with the results. Seems that when balancing part a trunk splitter I have have issue possible due to the apposing lines return path. Any ideas about this issue?
I am looking at other options.
Send any info info ideas on how to get this done that won't cost me more then a 1-2K investment? i.e, test equipment would you recommend and where to get it?
