You can line them up with a meter, go for the highhest signal.
A low noise LNB might help, but I am not sure.
Bigger dishes would help, but it invlove $$$$$$

Your dished seem to be horizontal versus here were they are more vertical.
You can line them up with a meter, go for the highhest signal.
