Anytime a company tells you anything is from Directv.Call Directv and asked them if it is from them or not........I do not believe charge backs are even legal........They have to give you a chance to clean up the problem....And you do have the right to contact the customer and ask them very politely if they have a problem with your install. Most charge backs are made up anyways the greedy.
