Re: Brighthouse, knights 100 dollar charge back???

Heres my take on the 100.00 charge back.  You do a tripleplay install, you bill out all the codes, BH finds one thing wrong, you get 100.00 charge back, now Knight pass's that to you the tech, Knight doesnt lose any money, sure on the single plays, but the triples they still clear over a 150.00 off your codes from what I here.
