Some insight please

Guys/gals
I have a serious question and if you cannot help PLEASE dont respond.
 I have a medical condition called "A-Fib" (Atrial fibrilation) if that is how it is spelled and I am looking to see if anyone else has this condition or knows of a way to deal with it because it is really effecting the quality of my life.
