In response to starting a union, im not that knowledgable on the subject so i'll leave it @ that. But been in this industry for a few yrs now and i love it, yes there are pros & cons as in anything you engage in life. A wise person once told me" do everything you do with excellence and let everything esle fall where it may". Truth be told the only actions you can control is your own, so stop worring about everything esle you have no control over and do your best in everything you do...
