If a company that is seeking subs for work doesn't even have "trucks or gear of their own,"How can they be called contractors? Shouldn't they be called "Labor Contractors". Or is there a better name to call them. I have one, but I'll let my brothers call a few out.Man there are some schemers invading our trade.
