I received a check today. I figured if I was going to post due to non payment I should atleast be fair and post when I do get paid. However . . .
The pay was half of what was expected. They deducted the following
5% reserve
Insurance
Admin fee
Web site fee
I proved to them I had my own insurance with a certificate of insurance. After reviewing my contract no where does it say they can deduct for admin, reserve or website. Oh well. I guess a partial payment is better than no payment
Anyways - I learned the hard way. Thanks to all those that warned me about him. I just wish I would have listened.
