Well you found out the hard way, with all the advertisement (newapaper,billboards,bus benchs,TV) about the HEAT IS ON campain. Colorado does not tolerate drinking and driving at all. Unless you are Brandon Marshal, Jay Cutler, or some other sports figure. There is no way that you can keep it off your record, not in Colorado. Most of the locals, stay home and drink, or have a DD. I only drink at home, or if the wife is driving. If you wanna play, you gotta pay!
