I totally understand. My two tickets that I have were generated by making appointments to their customers but that is totally diffferent in the eyes of the master. Something I learned about and you should check it out. Some communities have programs to alleviate points on driving records. You can take a class or classes that you pay for and it will remove a set of points from your driving record.
