Did the same thing in Chicago with a power supply. Next to St. Charles ave and 294, Called up my sup. and told him it would be about 50 ft in the air if I put it 30" below lowest attachment. He told me that if the work order didn't specify anything different then put it up according to specs. All this was done off of hooks and stuffed. About 2 weeks later they had me go back out and lower it to 20 ft. because there techs bucket couldn't reach it lol.
