Predictive Networks, Inc. is a new Internet-based software company in Cambridge, Ma that developed unique technology for creating Digital Silhouettes of internet subscribers while respecting the privacy of the individual consumer. We operate an overlay network that fundamentally changes subscribers' Internet experience by delivering timely, relevant information right to their desktops. Our technology enables Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to actively participate in an e-commerce market that is projected to reach $3 trillion by 2003. You will be responsible for defining the marketing requirements for new products/features in the Cable Television market segment. You will work with various internal teams including sales, development, QA, business development and finance to ensure that the product is created, tested and implemented according to clearly defined market and/or customer specifications. It is highly internally focused job bridging marketing and development and requiring a high degree of technical competence and project management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively collaborate with Product marketing and Business Development to define, scope and estimate various new product/functionality initiatives.
Work with internal teams to plan, manage and communicate the status of all CATV products through the lifecycle development process.
Responsibilities include market assessment and strategy development for CATV product line.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficiency with a standard application lifecycle development process.
4-5 years of product management, product marketing or project management experience.
Prior experience in Cable, Satellite or Digital Television industry (with Interactive Services), a plus.
Business, Marketing or Technical degree required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
