Re: Direct DVR install giving me issues?

This is acutally one of my good friends job that just got back into DTV he has been running cable for the last year. He dx the ground and it is still jumping. After talking to him he said he hooked up  the standard DVR with a HDMI. I have seen a bad HDMI do that with a HDTV. Replaced with RCA and still jumping. I am going out Sunday with him any suggestions besides not to go?
