Had a DTV DVR +2 18x20 new install today and my signal on both tuners would jump from 96 to 0 repeatedly. Not talking about missing odd or even transponders. We changed all fittings,ground block,LNB,receiver, and by passed powerstrip. There was 1 existing line and I ran a 2nd. Both lines test out at reciever with Birdog? I am stuck.....Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks...
