Now ain't that a first..all MSO's have grunts as upper management..get em cheap...give em a big title and watch em fail..SOS..always has been, always will be..those guys don't know anything about what they are supposed to be doing..Check the TWC, COX, Bresnan, etc. adds..ie: Project Manager wanted..1 to 3 yrs. experience..WAFJ..Who in hell can run a project with 1 to 3 yrs. experience efecitively...If you have 10 to 30 yrs experience they won't talk to you cause they are afraid you'll take their job..
