For this distance you don't need expensive equipment and if you are OK with 2.4Mhz which will work fine up to 3-4 miles and there are no other 2.4Mhz interfearance transmissions issues you will save a bunch. You will need LOS but if it is questionable then 5.2 up can usually  burn through objects but not hill or mtns.

You need a back haul which is the two antennas between the locations and then a AP to send throughout to the property or hardwire hub into the back haul to where you need it.

PS. You  may need to set up a DHCP service depending on if you intend to server your property DHCP behind the back haul or if you just bridge with your backbone conneciton and they can hand off DHCP. A simple wireless router can hand out dynamic and even static DHCP.
