May the new year bring you luck, joy and happiness. Always remember if you want good luck for the entire year then you have to boil cabbage with a dime in it. Before eating the cabbage then take the dime out. Take a piece of uncooked cabage and tack it above your front door. This is a myth but its worked for my parents for a long long time.
